Thanks for asking! Our products are all locally handmade in Vancouver, Canada. We have a wonderful team of WAHMs that have been with us for over 8 years helping us with our products. All our printing and packaging is from North America as well. How are your products packaged? TOP
All our products are securely packaged to arrive at your door safely. We use kraft shipping paper or boxes, bubble wrap and other packaging supplies to make sure of this. How much is shipping? TOP
All orders over $100 have free shipping. For any orders under the free shipping minimum, we charge a flat fee of $6.95 for anywhere in North America.
If you are outside of North America, please email with what you would like to order and your address, and we will calculate the shipment for you. Will I be charged sales tax? TOP
All USA & International orders are tax exempt. However, any duties incurred at the border will be your responsibility. All our products are made in Canada and are covered under the NAFTA agreement and should be duty free. For Canadians, you will be charged 5% GST. For residents of British Columbia, you will also be charged 7% PST. What is your cancellation policy? TOP
All orders are processed immediately upon receipt. If you wish to cancel your order it will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If it has been sent out already, you will be responsible for the shipping of your product to you and also back to us again What is your privacy policy? TOP
Privacy is taken very seriously at Purple Nest. We will not provide, rent or make available in any way, our customer information to any parties outside of our company.
Credit card orders are all secure through the Mal's cart that uses the Paypal system. We do not ever see your credit card number.
Customer e-mail addresses are used to send order updates and tracking numbers. We do not call customers with order updates. Return Policy TOP
We believe that you will love our products and just want to get more! We guarentee every item that we ship out. If you would like to return or exchange your item for any reason, please let us know and we will gladly help you with your return.
Please email us at info@purplenest.com for us to process your return. All returns must be accompanied by a return number.
Returns are accepted within 14days of delivery. We will issue you a refund or exchange on your return, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return the product back for refund using the original method it was shipped to you. Please only use the original method as we are unable to process returns using 3rd party shipping companies.
